This concertina greetings card features eight colourful bird illustrations, each perched on its own panel with it's birdsong written beneath, so as the card opens a little flock appears - a gentle line-up of birds and their voices, like a jolly dawn chorus unfolding across the card.
The illustrations begin as cut paper collage, carefully crafted by hand before being reproduced for print. Each bird on the card is then hand-finished with touches of gold gilding wax through their feathers, adding a gentle shimmer and making each card slightly unique. A piece of art perfect for displaying in a window, or on a mantlepiece or shelf.
The card folds down neatly to A7 for posting, and opens out into a charming eight-panel concertina panorama.
