A nurturing bath soak with magnesium rich Organic Epsom Salts to help flush out toxins, relax the body & relieve tension. Rose to nurture the mind, body & soul. Chamomile to calm & settle the nervous system. Lavender to relax the senses & promote a deeper sense of peace. Calendula to soothe the skin & ease inflammation.
Bathing Suggestion:
Add one or two generous handfuls to a warm bath. Allow the salts and healing herbs to infuse the water before taking some nice deep breaths & submerging yourself in botanical goodness.
This soak can be used at any time, but it is especially good as part of your moon time ritual.
If you do not have a bath, you can add a smaller amount to a large bowl for a relaxing foot soak.
